Photos won't launch
After upgrading my MacOS to High Sierra 10.13.3, my photos won't launch. It says to check with the developer. Can someone help? Photos not on iCloud.

what did you upgrade from? Have you run any beta software? If you hold down the option key while launching Photos will it launch? If it does do you have more than one library? If so test each on. And you can create a new test library to see if it works

I would backup and boot into therecovery partition and reinstall the OS (which reinstalls Photos too)

Upgraded from OS X El Capitan, no beta software. Holding the option key while attempting to launch gives me the same error message.
