Moving files between Users on a MBP

I have had to restore my software on my MBP and then restore my documents from a Time Machine back up.

It's got a little confusing and I have more than one user name on the MBP.

I now need to transfer files from one user name to another - how do I do that?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1), Sep 2014; Latest software installed

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/Shared as the path, drag them there, and then into the desired folder.
