no text sounds again, disappearing lock screen

Again another issue with IOS. If it’s not my disappearing lock screen it’s no text sounds. It’s nothing to do with iCloud or something else sharing the same sound. I’ve rebooted the phone, I’ve gone in and tried to change the sound . It doesn’t matter what txt tone I try there is no sound. There are no key board clicks either. iPhone 8plus, super expensive to buy, come on apple fix all the issues!!!! Please help with this problem

No sound text I have followed all the trouble shooting steps still no sound when texts come in, what’s next reset phone ?
