How can I get refund?

I had review my purchased history and found an item that automatically renew subscribtion and I did not allow and I want to ask to you about how can I get my money back. Because I have no accept that. I have never use that application “Lingokids-English for kids” I just tryed trail for 1 day and I don’t want to get renew subscribtion but I don’t know I can cancel subscribtion by my self. So that it automatically renew subscribtion. I can’t use view subscribtion button and can’t report appliaction to refund. Please help.

You are not talking to Apple Support.

If you want reassurance that your subscriptions have been cancelled contact iTunes - Official Apple Support.

If you want to provide feedback on the unsubscription process use Feedback - iTunes - Apple.

Kindly ensure that all my subscriptions are cancel. I did it myself on Apple ID and still getting renewal emails. When I go back in setting to cancel I do not see the option “cancel subscription” again. Ensure that I will not be charge for the apps, phone/number finder and linkgo kids because u am very disgruntled as to how difficult it is to cancel a subscription.
