Apple charges me twice for icloud storage

Hi, i upgraded my icloud storage and the first time it wasnt successful, but apple charges me anyways as if i upgraded twice. Im paying 0.99$ twice a month and i only have 50GB upgrade of storage. Can sb pls help me how can stop this or get a refund?

It's possible the other charge is to check if your credit card or payment details are legitimate and will drop off. Alternatively, you could reach out to iTunes Support -- iTunes - Official Apple Support.
