Will deleting preinstalled app cause any problem ??

Can I delete GarageBand, iMovie, Keynote, and Pages from my iPhone? Will it cause any problem after being deleted? Can I redownload them for free, if in case I want them again, from the Appstore as it came pre-installed on my phone?

No it will not cause a problem. And yes, any of the included Apple apps that you are able to delete can be reinstalled from the App Store (just use the same AppleID you used to set it up).

You can delete them there should not be any problems and you can redownload them for free again.
