Somehow, I have lost the telephone icon from my iPhone 6 Plus. How do I retrieve it?
You could try
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

The Telephone application cannot be removed from the iPhone.
Therefore, check your folders very carefully as the Phone app must be in one of them.
I still can’t find the icon, i’ve checked the folders
