cannot access Comcast email via Apple Mail (MacBook m1) I'm having problems adding my Comcast account to a brand new MacBook M1 via Apple Mail. It keeps giving me the "unable to verify account name or password". I know the account name and password is correct as I'm able to log onto Comcast webmail. If tried many times and can't get around this. Has anyone else encountered this and resolved

This (Re: I am trying to add my charter email account to my macbook air. ) is the same problem I have except, though Tesserax's solution solved jfrillici's problem, it hasn't solved mine. I have access to mail on Charter/Spectrum's website and with my iPhoneX and iPad Pro using the same email address and password but cannot get past the first account creation window like frillici.
