iWork password protected documents

Hello,

I would like to make a suggestion to the community for deleting password protected documents/files (Keynote, Numbers and Pages).

Right now, if you have a password protected file you'll need the password to open it, which is understandable, but to delete there is no need for a password no matter on which device you are trying to do that (iPhone, iMac/MacBook, iCloud.com ...). So my suggestion is if you try to delete password protected file it should asks for the password as it does for opening the file.
