Cursor is stuck

The cursor is stuck in left corner of my Mac ,mouse will not move it

iMac, iOS 11.2.5

Hi, bettyfrombrudenell.


It appears the mouse you're using with your iMac has produced an issue. The cursor is stuck on the screen and your mouse isn't moving it. I'm happy to help.


How to turn on or turn off your Mac -- Disconnect the mouse, then restart your iMac. If the cursor is no longer present when your iMac has returned to the Home screen, re-attach the mouse and test the issue.
