i keep getting messages every few seconds with the error "itunes store is unable to process purchases right now" . i haven't purchased anything and it's interrupting my normal usage. i can't do anything on my phone without this message popping up.

How to Fix iTunes Store is Unable to Process Purchases. ... Sign out and then log into your iTunes account. Try this method if the message says that Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. Go to Settings app > Tap on iCloud > Scroll down and choose Sign Out
It appears to be an issue at Apple, there is nothing to be fixed at your end.
