iOS updates not working?

My iPhone 5 won't update to iOS 11, why? Anyone know how to fix this?

That model is not compatible with ios 11.

The iPhone 5 cannot be updated to anything higher than iOS 10.3.3. There isn't anything to fix as that is the highest version that Apple allows on the iPhone 5.
