purchased album not showing up in itunes

Hello,

I bought Björk's album Volta (Deluxe Version) like 2 years ago and it's not showing up in my iTunes. I opened my account and found record that I had spent the full $12.99 on the album in April 2016 (order ID: MHT0527V1F). This was done a few days after paying for the regular version of the same album; I got a refund for the non-deluxe version (MHT01FNTTL). Oddly neither album shows in my "Purchased" tab in iTunes or in the Music app on my iPhone, but the record of the purchase is in my Apple ID purchase history. What??

Please help me access things that I spent money on. This is stupid.
