I already bought a plan for my icloud but still appears that my storage is full

I bought a upgrade storage for my icloud but it still said that my storage is full. How can I fix it?

Storage I just bought the 200 GB plan but when I go to the alert that says my storage is still full , it still says that I have 16 GB. When I go to iCloud it says I have 200 but when I go to iPhone storage it says I have 16 . How do I fix this ?

My advice would be to wait for the system to update.
