Apple TV not auto switching to HDR

Hi, I have an Apple TV 4K hooked up directly to a Samsung 49MU6400 using a HDMI 2.0b spec cable on HDMI port 1. I have the ATV4K set to 4K SDR 50hz with Match Dynamic Range and Match Frame Rate set to On.

I have purchased Blade Runner (The Final Cut) which is listed as 4K Dolby Vision, however when playing the movie my TV does not switch to HDR.

However, if I set the ATV4K to 4K HDR 50hz, my TV does switch to HDR and the movie looks a lot better, however all of the SDR content is also forced to HDR.

In Netflix, anything that is flagged with Dolby Vision switches my TV into HDR mode, but standard Ultra HD 4K content doesn't. Now, am I getting my terminology mixed up? Just because a movie is listed in Netflix as UHD 4K doesn't necessarily mean it's in HDR?

That doesn't explain Blade Runner though as that is listed in iTunes as Dolby Vision.

One more thing to try:

Do review your settings in Settings > Apps > iTunes movies & TV shows. The first three options there may limit your viewing to a non-HDR version.

HT207949 seems to suggest Quick Start should be turned on for 4K, HDR, or Dolby Vision content from the Store.

Yes, I'm aware that 4K is available in streaming only, as I mentioned above I am streaming the movie and expecting to get it in 4K HDR. I have no previous versions downloaded as I have only just purchased it through my ATV4K.

My broadband is 26.5Mbps, so I meet that requirement. I have the ATV connected via ethernet.

Still no HDR on Blade Runner (The Final Cut).

I can get HDR in Netflix on suitably encoded movies, so I can only assume that either Blade Runner isn't encoded in HDR or Apple isn't streaming the appropriate flags to switch the TV into the correct mode with their iTunes movies.
