I want to install Windows 10 Education edition.
When I do that, I select the amount of space I want to use etc.
he starts downloading software. But afterwards he is going to partition. He says after like a minute.
"Disk could not be partitioned"
What do I have tot do to fix it?

Can you post the output of
sudo tmutil listlocalsnapshots /
from macOS Terminal?
The APFS error codes are not very well documented. Can you boot into Internet Recovery and click on Utilities -> Terminal, and run
diskutil repairDisk disk0
If that does not return an error, then create a Time Machine backup, and erase the whole disk/restore the TM backup.
Can you use Disk Utility and manually try to create a FAT partition of the size you want Windows to be and post results?
Run diskutil list and check the output. Recovery or reboot can renumber the disks.
Can you start a new discussion and post the output of
diksutil list
