iPhone X compensation

Why would you think that you are entitled to any compensation ? If another member of your family can unlock the phone using his face don't leave the phone where he can access it and/or don't use Face ID : About Face ID advanced technology - Apple Support

The probability that a random person in the population could look at your iPhone X and unlock it using Face ID is approximately 1 in 1,000,000 (versus 1 in 50,000 for Touch ID). As an additional protection, Face ID allows only five unsuccessful match attempts before a passcode is required. The statistical probability is different for twins and siblings that look like you and among children under the age of 13, because their distinct facial features may not have fully developed. If you're concerned about this, we recommend using a passcode to authenticate.

If you're really that concerned, simply turn Face ID off and use a 4 or 6 digit passcode to enter your phone. Don't let anyone else know the passcode. There, problem solved.

Where did I say 'dont leave phone at home' ? What I posted are Apple's instructions for Face ID, have you read all of it ? It doesn't matter whether it's your cousin, other faces will still be able to unlock the phone. To think that you entitled to compensation you are 'out of your sense'
