Keynote collaboration not working well anymore

When the collaboration for Keynote came out, it was a game changer. We work on same presentations all the time at the office and they were always out of sync. But with the collaboration, we finally could work on one version and do really responsive work. We used it a lot and even with five people editing a massive keynote presentation it worked very well!


For some reason after updating to High Sierra and latest MacBook Pro's we have experienced A LOT of issues with the keynote collaboration since. We get "some edits couldn't be uploaded to iCloud" prompts all the time and people lose their edits randomly all the time. Basically everyone has moved back to editing their own versions and trying to copy the edits to the master collaboration version when no one else is editing it.


What's going on, what has changed?? Are all connected with a Gigabyte ethernet and have super fast internet connection so it can't be from slow internet connection. We all have the latest MacBook Pro's and High Sierra and running the latest version of the Keynote.
