iphone 8 ring tone volume too low

Even with volume all the way up it is too low. I have tried in all settings. Also I have not put on the silence button on the side on orange but have found it that way several times as well. Very frustrating as I am missing many calls.

My ring tone always rings loud first ring, then digresses to silent Ever since I got this Iphone 11, the ring tone changes from loud to lower after first ring. Iphone 12 pro max When incoming calls my ring tone starts loud and slow down by it self even if adjust to high on the settings(hard to hear)
