Two copyright infringements in one song?

I use too much GarageBand and one of my tracks is in YouTube with copyright infringement and then I chanched a bit the track and now appears with another copyright infringement. The tracks aren´t the same, So, can I put copyright? I mean, my track have the loops of their song but is not the same rhythm nor instruments.
