XLN’s Addictive Drums 2 keeps crashing GB.

Here’s the error message:

Sorry! A serious error occurred, try running the XLN Online Installer again. If this does not fix the problem, contact support.

Error information:

cCottonInstance::doBoot() FAILED! exception: getSystemPath: FSFindFolder : logs: File not found

I’ve reinstalled XLN and Garageband to no avail.

Folks with a similar problem on Windows found duplicate files and when those were deleted everything worked. I have no idea where to look for such files. Any help would be appreciated.
