How can I get rid of Twitter Widget Log Helper.

I asked this question previously and received a helpful reply from Carolyn Samit -- to run Malware Bytes. I did and it seemed to work. Unfortunately it only works for awhile then comes back again. I guess I'm missing something. I'm using Safari 11.0.3. My OS is 10.13.3

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

It's not clear to me why Twitter would pick just me to attack and not their millions of other users. However, I did close my Twitter account. I also went to Safari preferences and turned off all plug-ins and most of the extensions. This seems to have done the trick. After a time I may add some of that stuff back in, piece by piece, but most of it I don't need anyway. Bottom line. I think my problem has been resolved. Thanks for your interest.
