I cannot get the icloud icon on my home screen. It is not included in the Files folder as someone suggested earlier. I am using ios 11.2 on an iphone 6. I made sure that it is turned on in settings.

The iCloud Drive app was replaced by the Files app with the release of iOS 11. There is no longer an iCloud Drive icon that would be shown on the home screen. Files is an App, not a folder. If you open the Files app and tap Browse, iCloud Drive should be in the list under "Locations."

Thanks. Now I see it. I didn’t go far enough. Another question: if I have an item from passkit, does it get filed here or do I need to download another app? The item I am referring to is from Best Western and I thought it would be stored here but it is not.
I'm not familiar with that but I strongly suspect that is a pass that you would find or add to your Apple Wallet app (named Wallet on your home screen). You may need to first download a Best Western app from the App Store.
Thanks. The Best Western sure offered no guidance. I guess I have to find out where Fandango, etc store tickets etc. I’m really computer savvy but this part is new to me. Thanks.
Passes, tickets, rewards cards, etc are all stored in the Wallet app.
Now I feel dumb but thankful!! I just went to the wallet icon on my phone and found the Best Western info. LOL. Thanks, again. I love learning new things even if I look foolish.
