Garageband Mobile: Automating Tempo

Is it possible to automate tempo for the mobile version of Garageband? I've been searching around the internet, and have only found solutions for the Mac version. I'm trying to create piano music, I can't figure out how to change the tempo, from 66 BPM to 70 BPM in the middle of the song. Help would be appreciated ^-^

Garageband tempo change not working Hello - I am on GarageBand 10.2.0 ... I have a song that has three different tempos, I recorded it on 3 different tracks with 3 different click settings, then on the Tempo track I made the appropriate changes (it goes from 70 to 85 to 70), when I listen back the tempo number changes to 85 in the tempo setting at the top of the screen at the right moment but the speed of the playback stays at 70 ... thoughts ? How do I slow down a Beat Mapped song - whilst keeping the Tempo Track in sync? I'm using Mac OS 10.13.2 Logic Pro X 10.2.3 Hello, I have an an old song recorded in the 1960s with a real drummer which I'm trying to transcribe the bass line from. I've created a track, dragged in my audio and then used Beat Mapping to create a Tempo Track. The song is now perfectly in time with the Tempo Track. Now, I want to slow down the track (its currently at 141 BPM). I want to slow down the song so I can hear what's being played. How do I do this, whilst keeping the Tempo Track metronome in sync? My eventual aim is to play the bass line into Logic from a midi keyboard and then annotate the notes with music score. Thank you for your help. G

GarageBand iOS has no tools to add a tempo track like GarageBand for Mac has.

The work-around you posted in the other discussion (Re: Change tempo in song?) is the best you can do on a mobile device with Garageband. Or ignore the predefined tempo altogether and play at your own speed. Only than you cannot use the smart instruments.
