My iMac mouse cursor is stuck on the left corner of the screen. I can’t start and operate the computer. How do I fix this ?

Generally, that indicates the Mac is not seeing the mouse, trackpad, trackball, etc....
Are you using a Bluetooth pointing device?
Can you connect a USB mouse?
