Macbook pro won't turn on

My Macbook pro is not working at all. Only the power button is working. When I press the power button it brings me to this page. My mouse isn't working nor is any of the buttons on the keyboard.

Unfortunately, nothing from that article works in my case as the keyboard and mouse pad are unresponsive.
