How to disable the camera on the lock screen.

I have been searching for a way to disable the iPhone camera on the lock screen.

Let me be clear, I'm not asking how to disable/remove the iPhone camera app all together, but -only- from the lock screen.

Seems like a very basic feature, but I've yet to figure it out...😕
