iTunes 12.7.4.76

Is there a small bug with the latest iTunes updated posted on March 31st 2018?

Since the upgrade the delete files from library option does not appear to be working?

Perhaps this is something at my end but when I now try to delete tracks it simply does nothing and leaves the file in library?
