Hello, is anyone else having album artwork display issues under iTunes 12.7.4.76? Under Albums view not all of my album art thumbnails are displaying. I tried deleting the artwork cache but I am still having the same problem. The artwork appears to still be imbedded in the file, but it won't display. It's probably a bug and I have sent a report but I want to see if anyone else is having the same issue?
It seems to be a problem with cover art that does not have a exact square resolution.
Artwork with a resolution of 600x600 or 1400x1400 is displayed fine. Artwork with a resolution of 703x630 is not displayed, even though it is artwork from the iTunes store.
Switching from album display to artist display and back solves the issue and makes the artwork displayed, so does scrolling up and down and waiting some time.
It's a bug in iTunes 12.7.4 as all artwork was displayed fine in the previous iTunes version.
I hope a fix will be delivered soon.
Yes, iTunes 12.8 does not fix this bug 😢
I have so many issues with iTunes; sorry for a dumb question, but could you explain how to switch from album display to artist then back? If on YouTube, feel free to tell me to go there 🙂

I can't find my response. I tried, but I still can't see my artwork. It's there when I click on the album but not showing on the page. Thanks for your feedback.

Yep. iTunes has so many problems, but it's all that I have.
It scares me sometimes how dependent I am on iTunes. They have no competition, so they are in no rush to fix bugs like these. 😟
Same problem here, also when sharing across devices, very annoying.
I've had this problem for well over a year and people keep posting the same thing. Apple is bound to come up with a fix... I'm not so sure.

Not yet showing for me on macOS 10.13.6. Is there a download link? https://www.https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/macos offers iTunes 12.8. Downloaded and installed, but it's 12.8.0.150.
Have iTunes ver 12.9.2.6 and am getting the same problem.
Interesting. Is the art when it does arrive square or rectangular? Perhaps iTunes has a new algorithm for thumbnails for non-square art. I make a point of making mine square which might be why I didn't notice an issue.

Same behavior here, quite annoying. Seems Apple's quality level is decreasing in every new version, no quality control seems to be involve as every new Apple's software version ( from the different OS to the apps ) is full of new bugs and previous one many times are not resolved. May be after 20 years is time to move away to a more serious platform.
I've resorted to never shutting down iTunes, now that I have all my album artwork showing using the methods above. Apple is apparently not in a rush to fix this, it's been two weeks now since the iTunes update.
