How do you unmute a (un)normalized bounced track once it's saved?

So, I bounced all my tracks on a song with normalize off, muting the old tracks in the process, and accidentally saved it a shut the project down so that the changes are permanent and I can't undo anything using command Z. So, is there a way to reverse the mute of the old tracks that were bounced?

See pic for example of what I'm talking about; you'll see blue track is the bounced one with normalize off and the grey ones with green circles are the muted ones. Is there anyway to unmute them after all the changes have been saved and the project reopened? Thanks for the help!
