Moving tracks between two versions of a project

While working on comping a track, I accidentally moved another tracking the place of another track, and I couldn't undo without undoing a lot of the work that I had done. I saved the version with the missing and misplaced tracks (as well as my comped track) ,and then reverted to a previous version that had the tracks as they were before I started comping. How do I get the tracks in the correct form onto the project with the comped part?
