apple watch 3 activiting sharing problem

On my apple watch 3, I have one friend for activity sharing. I can see my friend's activity, but she cannot see mine. Both were purchased in Hong Kong, one was initially activitated in Thailand, the other in Beijing. Both are currently being used in Beijing. Mine is paired with iphone se, hers with iphone 7. What can be done so that we both can see the shared exercise activities?

Good morning terryswift,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you and your friend are trying to share your activity with your Apple Watches. If you can see your friend's activity, it sounds like her invitation to you was successful, but not the other way around.
The first thing I would suggest is for both of you to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest version of iOS and watchOS.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Update your Apple Watch
Then, try sending your friend an invitation again.
Share your Activity with your Apple Watch

  1. Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Sharing tab, then tap Get Started.
  3. Tap User uploaded file and type your friend's contact information. You can also choose friends from the list of suggested contacts. You and your friends both need an Apple Watch to share activity.
  4. After you choose your friends, tap Send. Wait for your friends to accept the invite.

To accept an invite or check pending invitations, open the Activity app, tap the Sharing tab, then tap Sharing at the top of the screen. After your friend accepts the invite, their information appears in the Sharing section of the Activity app on your iPhone.

If for some reason your friend does not see the invitation, try removing her contact from your iPhone, restarting your iPhone and your Apple Watch and then adding her again.
Enjoy your day!
