What can I do .. and how I change my iCloud account to another mail without asking password

You cannot change it without the password.
iCloud uses your Apple ID and password. If you only have one Apple ID it would be the same password as you used to log in to this forum. If you have another and have forgotten, see: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
