problem with payment !!

Hello all. I have some serious problem with my phone. So two days ago i try to update one app and i get a message that says “verification required” than when i go and put my card info that i have been used for two years now it says “invalid payment method” etc .. so i try to set “none” for the payment .. nothing is happening.. tried with other debit card and i get “invalid payment method” again .. so i cannot use my phone properly like I cannot do anything and i am kind of mad rly !
