Family Sharing

Is there a way to make sure that individual adults on a family sharing plan can pay for their own purchases and still keep the previously downloaded apps, movies, music etc.? Is there a way to choose how or who pays for an item; having the choice to pay for something yourself and then have something else be payed for by the head of the family dependent on the item? It is incredibly trying having to require only one person pay for everything when certain individuals are legal adults.

Have these adults keep a positive iTunes Gift Card balance on their accounts. Their purchases will be deducted from this balance before your method of payment.

Have these adults keep a positive iTunes Gift Card balance on their accounts. Their purchases will be deducted from this balance before your method of payment.
