I can no longer play my movies from my iTunes library on my Windows 10 computer? Have played them for years without any problems. Now it just locks up the whole computer. No problems playing podcasts or music.

Security doesn't seem to be the problem. I'm using Windows Defender with the latest patches (antivirus definition 1.265.3.0). The movie menu comes up, I select a movie, the internal menu for the movie comes up, I select the play movie button, the clock spins but the movie never plays and iTunes is locked until I kill the process with the Task manager. I've also tried reinstalling the software and deauthorizing the computer and then reauthorizing the computer. If security is blocking the movie, I'm not seeing any error message. These are movies that I have downloaded into my iTunes library on the computer.

I updated the driver on my video card and that seemed to fix the problem. Thanks to everyone who had suggestions.
