Missing Color/Quality option in printing dialogs, Pages 7 & other apps

In version 7.0 (5576) of Pages, I am no longer seeing the Color/Quality option in the printing dialog pull down menu where it used to be. I don't see this in Safari Version 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2) either, but in other apps I have found that option. Has this option been moved?

Understand that third-party vendors can extend the Apple print panel as they see fit, or even use an entirely different print panel of their own design. What is on that Pages 7.0 print panel's Printer Features panel?

Also, HP very likely has not issued a printer driver for your particular printer in months, and what you are now using may not be entirely compatible with 10.13.4 (Pages 7.0 not-withstanding) — even though it may be the “latest” available driver for macOS.

I also noticed since the upgrade to 10.13.4 that features are missing for iWork and native macOS applications like Preview and Safari. Before I was able to select "Output Method" and then "Account Track" for our Konica Minolta printer. After the update, I no longer have that option but instead of a long list of "Printer Features" where I can no longer use "Account Track". My current workaround is to export a document to PDF, and then use Google Chrome to print out the document.

I don't think the issue is with a Printer Driver since other applications are able to use the printer.

I attached two screenshots showing a different print dialog after the update. The first screenshot is from using Google Chrome, the second screenshot is using Pages.
