I own an Apple TV in which I am not able to see Voot App on the TV screen. But Voot App is available in App Store and is also available on my IPhone but not on my TV Screen. Any reason why is this ? How to get Voot App on my Apple TV screen ?

it's unclear if you have an appletv 4g or 4k and talk about app store on the appletv and when you launch it the app malfunction
or if you have issues air playing an app from your iPhone to your appletv and it does not work, if this is the case then an app can choose to block airplay if the developer so choose
As stated you need a 4th Gen or 4K Apple TV to get the app store. Even then, not all apps available will be available, the developer would need to make an app for TVOS as that is what the current Apple TV runs
