So if I made a song with garage band can I put it onto iTunes and Spotify?
I want to use garage band to make a back beat to my song. Can i put this onto music platforms?

i don't think josimpson2003 was asking how to work the controls to export a song, but rather could they legally put their song in the online iTunes store and on Spotify so others could hear it.
yes, Apple grants you a non-exclusive right to create music using any combination of Apple Loops, software instruments, and/or live recordings of oneself, and do anything you want with it, including releasing it commercially or non-commercially.
(the non-exclusive right simply means you can't prevent someone else from using the same Apple Loops you have access to in GB)
Yes you can. Once you have finished your song, within GarageBand for iOS (Although, the process should be the same on MacOS), simply export the file to your iCloud Drive by selecting "Share" under the project file options ---> Song ----> Select audio quality preferences and then precede to select "Share." Next, tap "Open in..." ---> "Save to Files" ----> iCloud Drive ---> "Add." From there, download the song to your computer by going to your iCloud Drive on either the iCloud program, or iCloud.com. Find the song, and download. Next, copy or move the file to be automatically added to iTunes. This can be done by (these instructions will be for a Windows computer, but should be similar for Mac) going to the Music folder ---> iTunes ----> iTunes Media ---> Automatically Add to iTunes. Simply drop the file into that folder and it will appear in iTunes next time the program is opened. To add the file to Spotify, simply open Spotify and navigate to the "Local Files" section, found within the Left Sidebar. Next, search for the song and add to your playlists 🙂
I believe you can
Thank you
