Contact photos disappearing

I'm adding photos to iCloud contacts on macOS 10.13.4. I'll add the photo and then moments later, the photo will disappear. However, if I look at the contact on iCloud.com or my iPhone, the photo is there.

It seems to be a clear bug. Anyone else experiencing this?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

disappearing contact photos My contact photos disappeared out of no where and I want to know why? Also I want to know how I can fix it. Does anyone know the answer to my question?

Contacts will not import photo from Photos When I try to change the photo of a contact in my Contacts app, the photos in my Photos app will not show any of the photos I have, despite there being over 2000 photos in my Photos app. Why is this occurring and how may it be corrected?

Signing out of iCloud on my Mac, restarting, and then signing back in fixed this issue.
