how to turn off 'icloud is on' on music sync tab.

I have checked the box on summary to manually manage music. I have been to preferences and made sure icloud is is not checked. Still no option to 'sync music'. Music tab says icloud music library is on. How do I sync from computer to iphone manually?

iCloud Music Synching Hi everyone: It seems I have found out that I can't have iCloud Music Library enabled and also have the capability to put music that is on my computer onto my iPhone 7. Can someone please confirm this? I spoke with a rep from Apple recently, and to fix this problem to be able to sync music from my computer via iTunes, I had to turn off the synching for music library on my phone's settings. Are there any alternative ways to make this happen though? To keep the music library on and sync music from my computer via iTunes? Thanks. -Jordan

no music sync option in itunes I havent been doing this for a long time, I dont have an option to sync music from my pc (stuff not available in apple music) to my iphone. I tried marking "sync icloud library"and UNmarking it also, checked setting on both devices, I somehow managed to see new music on my phone, but then it says its not synced (what?). The only answer I found is that you cant sync music to internal phone storage when you're subscribed to apple music, but I cant use my icloud library either. Why is it so complicated? For 10 years it only took me 2 buttons, now i have to figure out if i may sync it via wifi or usb, or if i have library checked on both computer and phome and basically dance around with a tambourine and weep.
