I don't see why not. I believe it would have to be a WiFi-only iPad if you're doing it internationally. WiFi-only iPads aren't country specific other than which duckhead power adapter comes in the box.


Any reason why you can't take advantage of the local iPad trade-up program? It's technically done as an Apple gift card transaction. Can you make purchases online directly with Apple as a territory of France?
