Swap my current iPad

Hi just bought an iPad on Feb 21st, and Noticie you just launched a new model by the same price, i’d like to know if it’s possible for me to return my current iPad and swap it for the new one for free or paying a fraction of the full price due to the recent upgrade to these Line of products.

If you purchased directly from Apple, you have a 14 day unconditional return period. If you purchased from some other seller, you’d need to ask them what their return or exchange policy is.

Yes,

If you purchased this iPad from Apple in February, you had 14 days, from the day of purchase of this iPad, to return it for a full refund.

You will need to sell this iPad, now, and use the monetary proceeds toward purchasing a new 2018 iPad.

If you are looking at purchasing a 2018 iPad 6th ge because of the Apple Pencil support, this new iPad has just a little better specs that the current 2017 iPad you already own.

In addition, you CAN use other third party smart Bluetooth stylus with your 2017 iPad.

If you need a good, well designed and reliable third party stylus for your 1st iPad Air, I honestly recommend the

Adonit Pixel for your 2017 iPad 5th gen.

I own a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro.

This stylus works wonderfully for me.

The Adonit Pixel works with many iDevice models.

Has shortcut/ON/OFF buttons.

Has a nice fine, textured pen tip AND a nice rubber grip.

Magnetically charges, has an auto 15 minute shutdown feature ( to preserve battery life ), charges in a hour.

I find it only lasts for 12-14 hours, but Adonit claims up to 16-18 hours of continuous use on a charge cycle.

Made of very high quality aluminum materials.

Works with about a dozen of the major/popular drawing/sketching/painting apps (the Pixel works with, but currently not “officially” supported with Procreate, but it still works and works pretty well in Procreate ), and about a half dozen of the popular note taking apps, a half dozen writing apps and about a half dozen PDF style/compatible apps.

Here’s my ( incomplete) list of Adonit Pixel compatible apps for the iPad/iPad Pro.

Animation Desk

ArtRage

Astropad

AutoDesk SketchBook

Colored Pencils

Concepts

Interactive SketchBook

Inkist

Medibang Paint

ProCreate

Pixelmator (used to support Adonit, I have an older version that did, not sure about their latest version)

Tayasui Sketches/Sketches Pro

ZenBrush/Zen Brush 2

GoodNotes

Notability

Notes Shelf

Notes Plus

Notes Writer

QuickNotes X Pro

uPad

Zoom Notes

PDF Expert

Foxit PDF

This stylus works with other non-compatible apps, too, but without any palm rejection feature.

You can use this stylus with other apps but will not be able to lay your palm on the screen, unless you use special drawing gloves that work to isolate your hand and allow you to lay your hand on the screen as you draw in these non-compatible Adonit stylus apps.

If interested, to make sure you get the latest installed firmware, you must order one of these directly from the Adonit website.

Good Luck to You!
