Still not working for me even i did a soft reset. Help me please
I believe these are the instructions I found online that worked.
After software upgrade IOS 11.3 today I had this message appear also...
This works as I have just done it:
-Sign out of ICloud
-re boot your IPhone
-Sign back into ICloud
-Message has disappeared
I had to do it 2 times and now the message has disappeared but once you reboot go to your message first to see if that disable message has left if it has log back into IClound, If it hadn't reboot again before logging back into ICloud. Like I said I had to do it twice.
Have you tried my solution Irfan?
I tried soft reset, sign out sign in with icloud. Yet it didn’t worked :,( somebody help me please
Like turn off icloud drive? Because it isn’t giving me an option to turn off icloud
Thanks, it worked!
Tried that but it didn’t work for me on my iPad Pro.
Same issue here. Unlike a lucky few, i have not been able to make this repair account message disappear. Maybe will be fixed with next update.
no luck for me 😟
I have the same problem!! I can’t send or receive any texts or iMessage and I use my phone for work. Did you find a way to fix it?
Same here, mine just popped up this morning. I have tried tapping it several times. It did dissapear but when I opened my messages again it was their. I also tried the soft reset, did not work.
I have the same problem and st least 3 times a day, I go to open a text message and it won’t open. I presss on it and nothing happens very annoying!!!
I did a restart (side button + volume button, logged back in. At first the message was still there and when I went to send a text it asked me to log in to my account (Not sure why). I just hit cancel and sent a text anyway. Right after I did that the message went away. Seems to be fixed!
Steps to remove Messages in iCloud currently disabled
1. Delete/Sign out iCloud account from Settings
2. Turn off device for 2 minutes
3. Turn on device after 2 minutes
4. Go to Messages and error should be remove
5. Sign in iCloud account back to Settings
In settings, look at the top of the page and it will be your iCloud account. Going to that and at the bottom there should be a sign out. Sign out of that, close your iMessage and shut down. Turn back on turn on iCloud and iMessage. Again this was the other day, but I believe that was the sequence. Good luck.
Here is the trick my friends. Go into settings Update your iCloud password. Then toggle iMessage to off (sider is no longer green). Power off phone. Turn phone on. Go back into settings. Toggle iMessage back on (green). Go back to your messages and guess what??? Problem is now fixed.
