I think it’s bc of the update ... I too have the same problem, sign out and back in to iCloud still same problem .. taping on the iCloud disabled and repair account still doesn’t disappear .. any help ??
I sent out several texts to the same person, and it gave me the same message.
I did a hard reset and turn my phone off, whether t I did a hard reset and turn my phone off, waited a minute and then turn my phone back on.
According to what ive dug up, this appears to be a cosmetic bug thats come along with the most recent ios software update.
So do I have to wait ? Or can I fix it ?
I did a soft reset (Sleep button+ Home button press at one time till you see apple logo) and the error disappeared. Try your luck.

I also just realized that im not getting phone call on my Apple Watch 3... before the update everything worked perfect.
I was having that issue a couple of days ago. I would get a text notification and when i opened iMessage the message would be gone. It eventually resolved itself.

Reset it. Hold down the power button n the volume down button together.
A soft reset fixes the problem. Home button/sleep button
messages in icloud is currently disabled
