I bought an Apple Watch on second hand and it is iCloud locked? What can I do?

The watch is in perfect condition and there is nothing wrong with it but when I tried to pair it it said to enter a ICloud that I had no clue of. The watch is ICloud locked is there any way to remove this so that I can use because I don’t plan on selling it if it has an iCloud on it.

No. Only the owner of the account it's locked to can remove the lock. Return it and get your money back.
