Incomplete iPhone backup taking up all space on C drive

I have an iPhone 6 running on iOS 10.3.3, and my PC runs Windows 10. I have always backed up my iPhone to my PC via iTunes and had no problems. Today, I removed the encryption from the backup, and when it automatically started doing a new backup, a message popped up when it was more than half-way done saying that there was not enough hard drive space for it to be completed. I freed up space and tried again, but the same thing happened and now there are only several hundred MB of free space left on my C drive.

Is there any way to find these incomplete backups and to delete them?
