Messages in iCloud is currently disabled

I just did the iOS 11.3 update, now I have this message at the bottom of my text messages.

Messages in iCloud is currently disabled then what looks to be a hyper link "Repair Account' but nothing happens when I tap on it and there are no options to correct in settings.😕😠

In my messages app it says"Messages in iCloud is currently disabled" giving me the option to "repair account" which does nothing. Messages is toggled on in my icloud. I am running ios 12.3.1 - anyone have a fix for this? I've that seen people on ios 11.3.1 have been having issues but not on the current ios.......

ICloud Messages Currently Disabled I own an IPhone X IOS 11.4.1at the bottom of my texts screen there is a message that has been there since I changed my password. It reads “ Messages in ICloud are currently disabled -Repair Account”. When I click on Repair Acount- the message reappears in just a few seconds. Any suggestions? I’ve rebooted the phone several times.

I think this is a glitch in the new iOS update.
