How do I delete an App on IOS 11.2.6
Am trying to delete App on my iPhone SE so far holding the icon itself doesn’t bring up the “X” sign anymore since the previous update IOS 11.2

The method hasn't changed. Pressing and holding any app should start all of the apps jiggling and those that can be deleted should have an X. Not all built in Apple apps can be deleted.
Another method is via Settings > General > iPhone Storage. After you open that and wait a few seconds, the list of apps will show and you can tap on the app in the list and then tap "Delete App."
