Things I use to help those with malware on their Macs. Each case is unique. Yours appears to have gotten to a significant level of chaos, so use & refer as you like. Apple.com has other resources too if these don't suit your needs or you just want to check:
Update software
Clear browser history on Safari, Chrome or any browsers you have
Remove extensions you have in your browsers
Change homepage back to its regular one after via Safari - preferences - general - home page
Install Malwarebytes for Mac
Check Applications. Remove those unknown to you
Check system preferences - extensions - disable those checked within each tab
System preferences - enable firewall
Empty your trash as you delete things
*If you can't install Malwarebytes in regular nor safe mode, Komros is an excellent program via the App store that will clean things up right away. It's the only one I use besides Malwarebytes. It's clean, non-invasive, & if you want to uninstall later, it's super easy.
